All correspondence is handled in the strictest confidence and we guarantee an acknowledgment within 24hrs. We will endeavour to resolve any issues within 28 working days.
Payment
The prices for all goods and services on our site are shown in £ UK Sterling and include VAT. The rate of VAT is 17.5%.
We accept PAYPAL and all major credit cards.
Postage & Delivery
At Gregory & Co we realise that a big concern is the safety, speed and affordability of delivery. For that reason we use the Royal Mails Special Delivery services. All packages need to be signed for on delivery, please bear this in mind when submitting your prefered delivery address.
All orders for delivery within the United Kingdom are charged at £5.00 per delivery. Once your order has been processed we will email you a unique Special Delivery number. To check on the progress of your order simply email us and quote this number.
Our 8 day return policy
We hope your purchase from Gregory & Co has exceeded your expectations. However, if you are returning or exchanging an item, you must return your purchase withing 8 days of its shipment.
Accepting Returns
Excluding earrings, we accept returns for refunds or exchanges on all our products unless thay have been specially made to fulfil a customers order. Items that have been worn, resized, engraved (unless engraved incorrectly by us) or altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. If a piece engraved by Gregory & Co was not engraved with the letters specified with your order we will send you a new item engraved with the correct letters (for this reason we will only engrave on items we supply). Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all the original packaging materials and documentation, as specified below.
Exchanging your order
Exchanges are simple. You can return any item (excluding earrings) within 8 days of posting and exchange it for a different item. For an exchange we will issue you with a credit for the price of the item (less any postal charges). You can apply this credit against the cost of any other item you choose. Please do not write 'jewellery' on the box for security reasons.
Post the item by registered mail, fully insured for the value of the item. Please request and retain a receipt from your shipper for your records.
We will notify you once we have received and processed your returned item. If you request a refund, your account will be credited within five working days of this notification.
Once we have received the returned goods it can take between 2 - 28 days to process an exchange or replacement, much depends on product availability. If there is the likelyhood of a delay beyond 28 days we will advise you. Refunds are processed within 5 working days.
Postal charges cannot be refunded unless the product was returned because of an error made by us or if the product was damaged in shipping.
How we use the information we gather
Gregory & Co may request personal information, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card number and expiration date. Gregory & Co collects that information in order to:
- Process an order;
- Verify your identity for payment authorisation;
- Contact you regarding your order status;
- Ship your order to you;
- Send you news from Gregory & Co (if you request);
- Provide you with an excellent shopping experience.
Please note that all items offered for sale by Gregory & Co are offered on an 'invitation to treat' basis. This means any order placed by you, is an offer by you to Gregory & Co to purchase the relevant good(s) and or service(s) at the price indicated. Whilst Gregory & Co endeavours to ensure its prices are accurate, this may not always be the case. We are therefore not obligated to accept your order and until we irrevocably do so, we reserve the right to reject any and all order(s) by you.
